摘　　要：构建适应兽医事业发展、符合我国实际的兽医法律体系框架,是当前兽医工作中迫切需要研究解决的问题。论文通过深入分析我国兽医法律体系现状,借鉴参考国外兽医法律体系建设的经验做法,结合我国国情和实际,提出我国兽医法律体系框架建设的指导思想、基本原则、体系模式、立法规划以及采取的主要措施,为完善我国兽医法律制度建设提供法理支持,为提高我国依法治疫能力提供法律保障。It is an urgent task for us to construct veterinary law framework system in order to adapt to the veterinary development in our country.This paper analyzed deeply the veterinary law system status in our country,learned from the construction experience of foreign veterinary legal system,combined with China＇s national condition and activity,put forward guiding ideology,basic principles,system model,legislation plan and main measures for the construction of our country＇s veterinary law system in order to provide the legal support to perfect our veterinary legal system,and to provide legal safeguard to improve our ability to prevent disease legally.
