摘 要:稳态电弧作用下触头烧蚀特性的研究对于探究触头性能退化及失效机理具有重要意义。针对稳态电弧作用下的触头烧蚀特性展开了试验研究。采用触头开距可调的电弧试验系统进行了不同稳态电弧电流下的烧蚀试验,得到了触头烧蚀量和表面形貌的变化。结合试验结果分析了稳态电弧大小对于触头侵蚀和材料转移的影响。The arc voltage and current remain constant under steady arc. The contact pair keeps being corrupted under the action of the arc. It is of great importance for the investigation of the contact deterioration and failure mechanisms to carry out research on contact erosion under steady arc. Experimental research was carried out on the contact erosion characteristics under steady arc. Experiments were accomplished under different steady arc currents with the arc experiment system. The variations of the contact mass and the surface conditions were achieved after the experiments. The effect of the arc current was analyzed according to the experimental results.
