摘 要:对高速时凸版瓶盖曲面印刷机振动产生的原因进行分析,指出印刷主机的振动主要与转印大鼓轮质量中心的偏心距以及主机纵向移动装置丝杆螺母机构的间隙有关,设计出一种既能消除丝杆螺母机构间隙、又能对振动进行衰减的气动减振机构。应用该机构后,印刷主机的振动大大降低,其减振效果优于开合螺母、双螺母等刚性间隙消除机构。The causes of vibration of relief curved lid printer at high working speed were analyzed. It was pointed out that the vi-bration of host machine was related with eccentricities of the transfer drum and the gap of leadscrew nut mechanism. A pneumatic damping mechanism which could eliminate the gap of leadscrew nut mechanism and could damp the vibration was designed. The vibra-tion of host machine is greatly reduced when the mechanism is used,the damping effect is superior to the rigid gaps eliminating mecha-nism such as openclose nut mechanism and double nuts mechanism.
