摘 要:研究以高压气体为动力的摆式气动马达实现方法,期望成为小型移动用电设备一种新的供能方式,具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。设计一种摆式气动装置,从理论上探讨摆式气动马达实现方法。研究摆式气动马达工作过程、做功方式与参数耦合匹配及系统集成带来的结构性问题,进一步揭示微型摆式气动马达与配气阀的匹配规律及工作特性、建立系统性能及参数耦合的数学模型。基于在NX 9.0运动仿真模块,得出中心摆的运动规律,为后续试验研究奠定理论基础。Researching the implementation method using high pressure gas as the power of a swing air motor, and translating this method into a new system of power supply for any small mobile electrical equipment, it has the important theory significance and application prospects. In this project a new swing pneumatic actuator is proposed, and explores the swing air motor implementation method in theory. The swing air motor working process characteristics, the system performance and structural problems caused by the system performance matching with parameter coupled during the system integration will be studied in the project. It is the research purpose to reveal the system matching rules of the distributing valve with the swing air motor and working characteristics of the engine system. The theoretical models of the matching rules among the system parameters and the system performance will be established. The characteristics motion of center pendulum can be obtained based on the motion simulation option of NX 9.0. This is the theoretical basis for the follow-up experimental study.
