摘 要:为分析单轴振动筛支承座位置、弹簧刚度和激振器安装位置等结构参数对振动筛振动特性影响的大小,对系统建立动力学方程,得到系统振动振幅、扭摆角和沿筛面上各个点的振动方程。得到影响各点振动特性的主要因素是扭摆角,分析了振动筛在支撑点位置相对于筛体参振质量质心的距离、支撑弹簧的刚度和激振器旋转中心相对于质心的偏距三者对筛体振动特性影响大小。利用三维建模软件和动力学仿真软件就入出料端的振幅和加速度进行建模和仿真,得到了沿筛面上的不同点的振动位移和加速度值和曲线,结果说明激振器的安装位置影响最大。得到的数据和曲线验证了数学模型的推论,为进一步研究单轴振动筛变轨迹运动和提高生产效率做准备。To analyze the influence degree of the structural parameters such as single-shaft vibrating screen bearing seat position, the spring stiffness and vibration exciter installation location on the vibration characteristics, the dynamic equations of the system are established, and the system vibration amplitude, equation of torsion angle and each point along vibrating screen surface are obtained. It could get the main factors that affect the vibration characteristics which is torsion angle, then analyzes the impact of the relative distance of the bearing seat position and vibrating mass center of mass, the supporting spring stiffness and the offset between rotation center of vibration exciter and center of mass on the screen body characteristics. The amplitude of vibration and acceleration of.feeding and discharge end are analyzed by using 3D modeling software and dynamic simulation software modeling and simulation. The value and curve of vibration displacement and acceleration at different points along the screen surface are got, and the result shows that the installation position of vibration exciter has the biggest impact. The data and curve obtained verifies the inference model to prepare j^r the further study of single shaft vibrating screen variable trajectory and improving production efficiency.
