摘　　要：针对目前国内压铸行业使用的自动喷雾机的缺点,结合已开发的两板立式金属内腔挤压成形机的结构,按一体化成套开发的理念设计开发了一种结构紧凑性能优异高效率的喷涂设备,通过创新开发的双盘旋转式喷雾装置及采用单独控制外混式雾化技术的自动喷枪,大大的缩短了轮毂等大面积零件的喷涂时间,有效节省了脱模剂、压缩空气的消耗量,提高了喷涂质量。通过将喷雾机直接设计安装在主机导轨架上,采用双轴直线运动机构完成喷雾装置上下及前后移动,减少了占地面积,降低了造价成本,使整套装备更紧凑,工作效率更高。A iming at the shortcomings of the automatic spray device for current domestic die-casting industry, combined with the structure of our developed vertical two plates extrusion forming machine, it developed a compact, high-efficiency performance spray device for vheels mold based on the concept of integrated development. Through the double-disc rotary spray device and the automatic spray gun with external mixing atomizer technology, greatly reducing the spraying time for the large wheels, saving the release agent and compressed air, it improved the quality of the mold coating. The sprayer installed on the host rack rails, using the biaxial linear motion mechanism, thus reducing the footprint and construction cost, and making the whole equipment more compact and efficient.
