摘 要:为了构建基于云制造的零部件设计选型资源库,对零部件资源库的关键技术进行了深入研究。并通过采用"主模型+驱动参数"的方法实现了零部件资源库的参数化驱动;通过采用STEP中性文件与ISO13584标准相结合的方法实现了零部件模型文件的跨平台共享;通过借助Seekviewer插件实现了零部件模型的在线实时预览;同时规划了零部件资源库的动态扩充和检索查询方法。在此基础上,采用面向对象设计(OOD)方法,对基于云制造的零部件设计选型资源库进行了系统设计。为进一步进行云制造服务平台的研究奠定了基础。In order to construct the parts and components selection library based on cloud manufacturing, an in-depth research on the key technologies for the construction of parts and components library has been conducted. By applying the method of main models + driving parameters, the parametric driving of parts and components library has been realized. By combining the standard of STEP and the standard ofiS013584, the share of parts and components model files among different platforms has been realized. The online and real-time preview of parts and components model has been developed by using Seekviewer. The methods of dynamic expansion and inquiry of parts and components library have been marked out. Based on these above, the parts and components selection library based on cloud manufacturing has been designed systematically by the method of OOD. These has established the foundation of the further research on Cloud Manufacturing Service platform.
