摘　　要：为解决图书超期问题,图书馆普遍采用超期罚款举措;在实际操作中这一举措问题种种,不能从根本上遏制或减少超期现象;必须开辟图书催还业务。To solve the problem of overdue books,library is widely used the measure of overdue fine. The measure includes many problems in practice. the phenome of overdue cannot be contained thoroughly. Recalling overdue should be carry out in library.
