摘  要:目前,尽管国家一直十分重视女性就业问题,但女性在就业中依然受到诸多的歧视,在招聘、培训、晋升等环节女性都遭遇不平等的待遇,这影响着社会经济的发展,也阻碍了社会的进步。本文从哲学的视角出发,分析了导致我国女性就业歧视的原因,及变革女性就业现状的策略,提出应从事物发展的内因入手,提高女性的自立意识和综合职业素质。同时也要立足于事物发展的外因,完善女性就业的外部条件。Although the state has always attached great importance to the problem of employment of women at present, women in employment is still subject to many discrimination, encountering unfair treatment in the recruitment, training, promotion and other links of women. This affects the development of social economy, and also hinders the progress of the society. In this article, the cause of Chinese women' s employment discrimination is analyzed from a philosophical perspective, as well as current situation of employment and the change of women's strategy. The internal cause of the development of things should be put forward to improve women's consciousness of independence and comprehensive occupation quality. At the same time, it is to improve the external conditions of female employment based on the development of things external.
