摘　　要：知识资本评估量知识管理的重要内容。本文对国内外知识资本评估研究的状况进行了述评 。Intellectual capital measurement is the important part of knowledge management. In this paper, a review of the studies of intellectual capital measurement at home and abroad was given, and suggestions were made for our further study of intellectual capital measurement.
