摘　　要：在已有研究文献的基础上对农民工城市融入的内涵、农民工城市融入的测量、农民工城市融入的特点以及农民工城市融入的障碍等进行梳理,并提出对策建议,认为农民工的城市融入,应从政府、社会、企业和农民工群体本身四个层面进行推动。on the base of the document of migrant workers, the paper studies the concept of the entry of migrant workers into cities, evaluation and measuring of their entry into cities, and carding of the obstacle of their entering into cities. The paper points out countermeasure s and suggestions to the entry of migrant workers into cities.
