摘  要:目的对比研究速眠新Ⅱ、戊巴比妥钠、水合氯醛对SD大鼠麻醉效果。方法将45只SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组15只,A组为速眠新Ⅱ肌肉注射组,B组为戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射组,C组为水合氯醛腹腔注射组,对比观察各组麻醉诱导时间、麻醉持续时间及麻醉期间心率、呼吸频率等生理指标变化。结果 3组麻醉诱导时间为A组平均4.5 min,B组平均9.8 min,C组平均6.3 min,A、C组麻醉诱导时间均较B组短(P<0.01),但前两者之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);在麻醉维持时间上,A组较B组、C组短(P<0.01),但后两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SD大鼠实验的麻醉方法较多,综合麻醉诱导时间、持续时间及麻醉期间部分生理指标等考虑,水合氯醛的麻醉效果较速眠新Ⅱ和戊巴比妥钠优越。Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of Sumianxin Ⅱ,pentobarbital sodium and chloral hydrate on SD rats. Methods 45 SD rats were divided into three groups,i. e. ,group A( intramuscular injection of Sumianxin Ⅱ),group B ( intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium),group C( intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate),and each group had 15 rats. The time of anesthesia induction and anesthesia duration,heart rate and respiratory rate during anesthetic stage of both groups were observed and recorded. Results The average anesthesia induction time of group A was 4. 5 min,group B did 9. 8 min,group C did 6. 3 min on average,respectively;the average anesthesia induction time of group A or C was shorter than that of group B,but no statistically significant difference was found between group A and C(P〉0. 05). The anesthesia duration of group A was 101. 8 min, group B did 197. 2 min,group C did 180. 1 min on average,respectively. Group A was the shortest among three groups(P〈0. 01), however,there was no statistical difference between group B and C. Conclusion Based on the anesthesia induction time and duration, the anesthetic effects of chloral hydrate is better than SumianxinⅡand pentobarbital sodium.
