摘  要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、高敏C反应蛋白(h-CRP)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的改变及其临床意义。方法随机选取符合入选标准的150例原发性高血压患者作为研究组,其中并发缺血性脑卒中患者30例;另选年龄性别相匹配的健康人群150例作为对照组。两组分别检测血浆HCY、h-CRP及颈动脉IMT。结果相对于健康人群,高血压患者血浆HCY、h-CRP及颈动脉IMT值均明显升高,且并发缺血性脑卒中的高血压患者血浆HCY、h-CRP及颈动脉IMT高于无缺血性脑卒中的高血压患者。将高血压患者按高血压分级分为3个亚组,发现HCY、h-CRP及颈动脉IMT值随着血压分级的升高而增加。相关分析表明,血浆h-CRP、颈动脉IMT和HCY三者间呈正相关。结论 HCY、IMT、h-CRP与高血压及缺血性脑卒中的发生有密切关系。Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of homocysteine( HCY ),high-sensitive C reactive protein(h-CRP)and carotid artery intima-media thickness( IMT)of essential hypertension patients. Methods Total 150 essential hypertension patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected randomly to constitute the research group,including 30 ones with ischemic cerebral infarction;another 150 healthy people whose gender and age met the requirements to constitute the control group. Plasma HCY,h-CRP and IMT in in two groups were examined. Results In comparison with the healthy people,plasma HCY,h-CRP and carotid artery IMT values of the hypertension patients were significantly higher,and these values of the patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were higher than those of the patients without ischemic cerebral infarction. And then,the hypertension patients were divided into three subgroups according to their blood pressure grades. It was found that the above values increased along with the increase of blood pressure. Related analysis showed a positive correlation among plasma HCY,h-CRP,and carotid artery IMT values. Conclusion HCY,h-CRP,and carotid artery IMT values have a close relation with the occurrence of hypertension and ischemic cerebral infarction.
