摘 要:从异质性行业的环境效率视角出发,运用Super-SBM模型测算出制造业各行业的环境效率,然后通过构建双重差分模型和面板门槛模型对制度软约束与制造业绿色转型之间关系进行拟合及检验。结果显示:我国制造业各行业的环境效率存在明显的行业异质性;地方政府的制度软约束显著抑制了制造业绿色转型,其中制度软约束对中度、轻度污染行业的绿色转型具有负向影响,对重度污染行业具有正向影响;制度软约束与制造业绿色转型之间存在双重门槛,并呈现出非线性的倒"U"型特征。From the perspective of environmental efficiency under industry heterogeneity, using Super-SBM model to calculate the environmental efficiency of manufacturing industries, then by constructing D-D model and panel threshold model to simulate and test the relationship between the green transformation of manufacturing and soft system constraint. The results show that, the environment efficiency of manufacturing industry presents obvious industry heterogeneity; the soft system constraints of local government significantly inhibited the manufacturing green transformation. Among them, soft system constraint has a negative impact on the green transformation for the moderate and mild pollution industry, while the influence on heavily polluting industries is positive; there is a double threshold between the green transformation of the manufacturing and soft system constraint, and presents the non-linear inverted "U" type characteristics.
