摘  要:目的观察隔姜灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法将52例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予糖尿病基础治疗,加用甲钴胺B12,治疗组在对照组基础上加隔姜灸治疗,共治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后hs-CRP、感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度以及临床症状的变化。结果治疗后2组hs-CRP水平均明显下降(P均<0.05),感觉及运动神经传导速度均显著提高(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果较好,可明显降低hs-CRP水平,改善神经传导速度。Objective It is to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of ginger-partition moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on inflammatory cytokine-hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).Methods 52 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In addition to basic treatment for diabetes,Mecobalamin was given to the control group,mecobalamin and ginger-partition moxibustion to the treatment group,both the treatments lasted for 4 weeks.The serum hs-CRP level,motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity,and clinical symptoms were examined in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The hs-CRP level decreased while nerve conduction velocity increased significantly after treatment in both groups(P 〈0.05),and the improvements in treatment group were better than that in control group(P 〈 0.05) and the total efficacy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Ginger-partition moxibustion could obviously decrease the level of hs-CRP,improve nerve conduction velocity,thus it has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
