摘　　要：随着经济全球化的深入发展,跨国公司内部贸易越来越多,带来了一系列问题。在梳理中国境内跨国公司内部贸易发展现状的基础上,着重研究了跨国公司内部贸易产生的动因及其带来的负面影响,并提出了相应对策。Along with the deep development of the economic globalization, the intra-trade in the transnational corporations are getting more and more, which brings a series of problems. Based on combing the status quo of the intra-trade in the transnational corporations located in China, this paper studies the reason for the intra-trade and its negative impact, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
