摘　　要：从研究生教育综合改革大局出发,分析博士生选拔申请审核制改革的现实背景、基本模式、可能进步及存在的问题,提出要通过完善配套制度确保改革收到实效。In view of a comprehensive reform of postgraduate education, an analysis is presented on the background, basic mode, and possible advantages and disadvantages of a reform in the system of doctoral application and admission. Suggestions are also offered to ensure the success of the reform by improving related supporting systems.
