深化粤港金融合作,加快深穗区域金融中心发展

摘　　要：广东金融业发展相对滞后,其中的重要因素是深圳、广州两大中心城市区域金融中心地位不突出,在金融改革方面呈现发展后劲不足的态势。广东金融业要提速发展,必须加强对香港金融业的开放与合作,通过深化金融合作加快深圳、广州两大区域金融中心的发展,并与香港一道,共同形成具国际竞争力和辐射力的金融中心圈层。需明确深圳、广州金融发展的战略定位,在CEPA先行先试框架下深化粤港金融合作的重点领域。The development of Guangdong's financial industry is relative lagging behind,which may be mainly attributed to the fact that Shenzhen and Guangzhou haven't established the position of regional financial center,and lack in the development potential in the financial reform. In order to speed the development of Guangdong's financial industry,it is necessary to strengthen the opening and cooperation with Hong Kong,forming the financial center circle of Hong Kong,Shenzhen and Guangzhou,which may have the international competitive ability and the radiation power. The paper analyzes the strategic positioning of the financial development of Shenzhen and Guangzhou,then proposed the areas of focus for deepening the cooperation in the first attempt under the framework of CEPA.
