摘 要:研究了南方电网某地区配电网的优化规划设计,采用基于分布优化法,分析了该电网的电源及负荷情况,建立了电力电量平衡计算模型,进行了电力电量平衡计算,根据电源和负荷的容量、距离及地理位置确定了电压等级,并提出了多种可行的电网接线方案,编制了潮流计算程序,进行了潮流计算分析,比较了各种接线方案下的电网电压可靠性、导线和变压器设备的投资、电能损耗及运行费用等,确定了最优的电网接线方案。This paper studied the planning and design of the distribution network optimization in a certain area of China Southern Power Grid. Based on the distribution optimization method, analyzed the situation of power and load of power grid, established power balance the calculation model, and calculated the power balance. According to the capacity, distance and location of the power supply and load to determine the voltage grade, and put forward several feasible grid connection schemes. Work out the flow calculation program, and analyzed the resuhs. Made a comparison of the network voltage reliability, investment of the wire and transformer equipment, power loss and operating cost under different connection schemes, and determined the optimal scheme of power network connection.
