摘 要:采用化学合成工艺,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为交联剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,成功制备了具有优良相变特性及较高产率的聚乙二醇(PEG)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)固-固相转变材料(PCM)。FT-IR分析表明,PET与PEG确实以TDI为交联剂,发生化学反应并生成了氨基甲酸酯基团键;升温及降温DSC测试表明所合成的PCM确实为固-固相转变。并通过对合成反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比对材料相变特性及产率影响的系统研究,发现该交联体系下PEG与PET的最佳合成温度为160℃,反应时间为2h;且当PEG与PET摩尔比为1∶1时,PCM的产率最高,达到94.4%,相变焓为44.2 J/g,此时材料的利用率最高。In the present work, the polyethyleneglycol ( PEG)/polyethylene terephthalate ( PET) solid-solid phase change materials ( PCM) with excellent phase-change property and high yield have been successfully synthe-sized by chemical synthesis technology using toluene diisocyarate ( TDI) as crosslinking agent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst. FT-IR analysis showed that the carbamic-ester bond was truly formed between PET and PEG with TDI as crosslinking agent. Heating and cooling DSC curves demonstrated that the phase change of the synthesized PCM was a solid phase change process. Through the systematic study of the influence of synthesis reaction temperature, re-action time and reactant ratio on the phase change characteristics and yields of the synthesized PCM, it showed that the optimum synthesis temperature and reaction time for PEG and PET were 160℃ and 2 hours respectively at the present crosslinking system. Moreover, when the molar ratio of PEG to PET was 1:1, the yield of PCM was the high-est, which reached 94. 4% with the phase change enthalpy of 44. 2J/g, and it was when the synthesized PCM realized the highest utilization rate.
