对老年肺结核患者实施抗肺结核药物治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对老年肺结核患者实施抗肺结核药物治疗的疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选择2010年10月-2013年10月在本院门诊进行诊疗的老年肺结核患者120例,按照随机数表的方法随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,其中对照组患者给予2HREZ/4HR抗肺结核药物治疗,观察组患者在2HREZ/4HR抗肺结核药物治疗的基础上增加黄芪注射液治疗,比较两组患者的症状改善、治疗效果以及痰菌转阴的情况。结果:经过3个月的治疗后,两组患者的症状与治疗前相比均有显著改善,经统计学处理P<0.05;且与对照组相比,观察组患者的改善程度明显较大,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组痰菌阴转率为86.7%,对照组痰菌阴转率为51.7%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.3%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为73.3%,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肺结核患者实施抗肺结核药物治疗具有确切疗效,在治疗过程中联合黄芪注射液治疗能够获得更好的疗效,痰菌转阴率高,建议在老年肺结核患者的治疗中推广应用。Objective：The efficacy of anti tuberculosis drugs for the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were observed and analyzed.Methods：120elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from 2010 October to2013October were selected in the diagnosis and treatment of the hospital outpatient cases,according to the method of random number tables were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups,60 cases in each group,the control group were treated with 2HREZ/4HR anti tuberculosis drug treatment,the observation group patients in anti lung 2HREZ/4HR TB drugs increased on the astragalus injection treatment,improve,the two groups of patients with symptomatic treatment effect and the sputum negative conversion situation.Results：After 3months of treatment,symptoms and treatment group two patients were significantly improved than before,after statistical treatment with P〈0.05;compared with the control group,observing the improvement degree group were significantly larger,compared two groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;observation group of phlegm sputum negative conversion rate was 86.7%,control group,the sputum negative conversion rate was 51.7%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the two groups compared with P〈0.05,the difference was significant;to observe the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% patients,control the effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3% patients,compared two groups had significant difference sex（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of treatment on patients with senile pulmonary tuberculosis anti TB drugs,in the course of treatment combined with astragalus injection treatment can achieve better effects,the sputum negative conversion rate is high,should be widely applied in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
