帕洛诺司琼与利多卡因预处理用于减轻罗库溴铵静脉注射痛的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察帕诺洛司琼与利多卡因用于减轻罗库溴铵注射痛效果的比较。方法：200例需气管插管全身麻醉进行手术的患者,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为A、B、C和D组,每组各50例。给予静脉预处理液前关闭补液,A组静脉注射生理盐水10ml,B组静脉注射帕诺洛司琼0.25mg,C组注射利多卡因40mg,D组注射帕洛诺司琼0.25mg＋利多卡因40mg;1min后开放补液,予咪达唑仑0.1mg/kg,待患者睫毛反射消失后,予罗库溴铵0.6mg/kg,以4点评级来评价患者对罗库溴铵注射痛的反应并记录疼痛发生的频数。结果：D组1～3级的例数均显著低于A、B、C组,差异有统计学意义。结论：全麻诱导前予帕洛诺司琼联合利多卡因静脉预处理可有效减少罗库溴铵注射痛的发生。Objective：The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of pretreatment with palonosetron and lidocaine on rocuronium injection associated pain.Methods：200patients（ASAⅠ～Ⅱ）scheduled for gynecological laparoscopy under general anesthesia were randomized into 4groups（n=50）.Control group（group A,normal saline 10ml）,palonosetron group（group B,palonosetron 0.25mg）,lidocaine group（group C,lidocaine 40mg）,palonosetron＋lidocaine group（group D,palonosetron 0.25mg＋lidocaine 40mg）,the pretreatment drugs were all diluted into 10 ml in each group,and injected after iv fluid stopped.One minutes later,general anesthesia were induced with midazolam 0.1mg/kg,and rocuronium 0.6mg/kg were injected when patients loss of consciousness.Injection pain was graded using a 4-point scale,and patients responses were recorded.Results：Grade 1～3response in group D were significantly lower than group A,group B and group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pretreatment with palonosetron combined with lidocaine can significantly reduce the incidence of rocuronium injection associated pain.
