曼月乐节育环对子宫腺肌病及子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨曼月乐避孕作用及对子宫腺肌病及子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用及保守手术后减少复发的疗效观察。方法:对于正常健康要求避孕的妇女15例,子宫腺肌症患者要求避孕及治疗14例,子宫内膜异位症(卵巢囊肿小于3cm)要求避孕及治疗11例,子宫腺肌症及子宫内膜异位症保守手术后要求避孕及减少复发的分别为10例,适时放置曼月乐,定期随访及复查,观察避孕、月经及痛经情况,子宫及卵巢囊肿大小变化。结果:曼月乐带器妊娠率为0%,放置曼月乐后12个月,所有妇女的月经量均较放置前明显较少,子宫腺肌症患者及内异症患者痛经明显缓解,子宫缩小,CA125水平下降,治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义。结论:曼月乐在避孕及子宫内膜异位症的治疗及保守手术后减少复发方面有一定疗效。Conclusion：To investigate the effect of contraception,the therapeutic effect of endometriosis and adenomyosis with Mirena IUD,and after conservative surgery,reducing the recurrence the patiens of curative effect observation.Methods：15healthy women for contraception,14 patients with adenomyosis for contraception and treatment,11 patients with adenomyosis（diameter of ovarian cysts〈3cm）for contraception and treatment,regular follow-up and review,observation of contraception,menstruation and dysmenorrhea,uterine and ovarian cyst size changes.Results：rate of pregnancy of women with Mirena IUD is 0%,menstrual quantity of all the patients with Mirena IUD was significantly less than before.Dysmenorrhea of patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis Significantly relieve.the volume of uterus reduced,CA125 levels dropped.Conclusion：Mirena in contraception and the treatment of endometriosis and reducing relapse after conservative surgery has certain curative effect.
