摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析2004-2012年度我院用血情况,为临床科学合理用血提供参考依据。方法:应用血站管理系统软件,统计分析本院2004-2012年临床用血变化。结果:全血使用量逐年下降,近几年已经没有使用;成分输血率近几年保持100%;血浆用量大幅下降,降幅达84.7%;内科血浆使用量大幅下降,妇产科血浆使用量增加较大。结论:继续监督临床科室,严格把握输血指征,做到科学合理用血。Objective：2004 to 2012 year ,the usefulness of blood in our hospital were retrospectively analysis ,Scientific and reasonable use of blood for clinical reference .Methods：Application of blood bank management system software , statistical analysis in our hospital from 2004 to 2012 year of clinical blood use changes .Results：Blood consumption de-creased year by year ,in recent years has no use;blood component transfusion rate in recent years to maintain 100% ;plasma were dropped ,the drop is 84 .7% ;department of internal medicine plasma using a sharp drop in the volume of obstetrics and gynecology ,increase the use of large plasma .Conclusion：Continue to monitor the clinical departments strictly grasp the indications for transfusion ,to scientific and rational use of blood .
