摘　　要：通过卧式模板体系技术,解决了预制看台板的尺寸、形状、角度变化等问题,并利用清水预制构件混凝土的反打工艺,解决了看台板的观感问题。此外,基于BIM软件,按照实际施工情况创建土建结构、钢结构及看台板的三维模型,模拟看台板的吊装过程,制定出合理的吊装顺序,有效缩短了工期。By using horizontal precast grandstand board template system technology, some problems of size, shape, angle changes and so on of the precast grandstand board were solved, and using the shimizu precast concrete counter-play process solved the grandstand board perception problem. In addition, based on the BIM software, a 3 -D model of civil engineering structures, steel plates and grandstand board was built according to the actual construction. And using the model, the lifting process of grandstand board was simulated and a reasonable lifting order was developed, which greatly shortened the construction period.
