摘　　要：在田野调查的基础上,就阿昌族、傈僳族、瑶族、黎族、羌族等少数民族医药的现状进行分析,讨论了民族医药的传承问题,指出民族民间医生累积的社会地位和当地人的信任是民族医药传承的社会氛围,对医术的习得及借助其获得一定的社会身份则是驱动力。Based on the field study, this paper probes into the current situation of ethnomedicine in ethnic groups such as Achang, Lisu, Yao, Li and Qiang, discusses the inheritance of ethnomedicine, and reaches the conclusion that the ethnomedicine can be passed down in a social atmosphere created by the civilian doctors social status and the local people＇s trust, with a driving force of the acquisitionof medical skills and a certain social identity.
