肾内科低年资护士夜班应急能力培训的实施

摘　　要：目的探讨提高肾内科低年资护士夜班应急能力和急救水平的培训方法。方法结合肾内科实际,有计划、有针对性地对20名工作5年内的护士采用传统的跟班制进行专科理论知识和应急能力培训,并进行考核。结果培训后低年资护士夜班的病情观察能力、应急配合能力、护理急救技术、专科理论知识、独立工作能力明显提高,与培训前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对低年资护士有计划地进行系统的应急培训,可提高其业务素质和应急能力,保证夜班护理工作质量和安全。Objective To explore the training methods of improving the emergency response capability and aid level of junior nurses in nephrology department.Methods Combined with the actual situation in nephrology department, 20 nurses who worked within 5 years attended specialized theory knowledge and emergency ability training through the traditional slavery.Results The junior nurses＇ observation ability, emergency coordination ability, nursing emergency technology, specialized theory know/edge, independent working ability during night shift is enhanced through the training, the difference has statistical significance between before and after the training（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Planning and systematic training among the junior nurses can enhance the service quality and emergency ability, ensure the quality and safety of nursing work during the night shift.
