蒿芩清胆汤在消化系统疾病中的应用及现代研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒿芩清胆汤在消化系统疾病方面的临床应用及相关实验研究。方法:整理蒿芩清胆汤治疗消化系统疾病的临床资料及相关现代研究,对古方在消化系统方面的应用情况进行综述。结果:在临床治疗方面,蒿芩清胆汤对胆囊炎、胆结石、胆道蛔虫病、肝炎、胃炎、反流性食管炎、溃疡性结肠炎、菌痢、急性胰腺炎、新生儿黄疸、小儿秋季腹泻等各种疾病均有显著疗效,副作用较少。在现代研究方面,蒿芩清胆汤具有抑酸、护胃、促进胃排空、止泻、保肝、降酶、利胆、退黄等作用。结论:蒿芩清胆汤主要通过上、中、下三焦分消走泄之法,治疗少阳湿热所致消化系统疾病,且疗效显著。Objective：This article discusses the clinical application and experimental study about Haoqin Qingdan decoction treating digestive system diseases.Methods：Through collecting valuable data,I＇d like to summarize the application situation about Haoqin Qingdan decoction in modern society.Results：In the aspect of treatment,it has not significant treatment effect about all kinds of diseases such as cholecystitis,gall-stone and biliary ascariasis,hepatitis,gastritis,reflux esophagitis,ulcerative colitis,bacillary dysentery,acute pancreatitis,neonatal jaundice,infantile autumn diarrhea,but also less side effects.In the aspect of experimental research,it has some effect about acid suppression,protecting gastric mucosa,promoting gastric peristalsis,antidiarrheal,protecting liver,lowering transaminase,cholagogue function and Eliminating jaundice etc.Conclusion：It has a very good therapeutic effect In the digestive system diseases caused by Shaoyang hot and humid mainly through the Sanjiao way.
