白药膏对膝关节骨关节炎患者关节功能影响临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察白药膏外敷对膝关节骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis Knee简称膝OA)临床症状与功能的影响,初步探讨白药膏治疗的可能作用机制。方法:选取40例确诊为膝OA患者,随机分为白药膏治疗组和塞来昔布对照组各20例。治疗前和治疗2周后抽血检测IL-1β、TNF-α及MMP-9含量,并测定治疗前后的膝关节功能。结果:两组患者治疗后膝关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节功能活动障碍和20m行走时间等症状与功能较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:白药膏外敷治疗膝OA短期疗效明显,其取效可能与降低血清IL-1β、TNF-α等含量有关。Objective：To assess the cure effect by determining knee＇s function and serological indicator of external application of White ointment on knee joint osteoarthritis;Preliminary discussion on the mechanism of action of White ointment.Methods：40 patients with knee OA were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group external using White cream,the control group oral celecoxib,both were treated for two weeks.Knee functions were assess by Osteoarthritis Index（WOMAC）.And serum IL-1β,TNF-α and MMP-9 levels were been detemined.Results：2 weeks after drug treatment,the treatment group and the control group of joint function,serological indicator before and after treatment were different（P〈0.05）,the symptoms of knee pain,joint tenderness,joint swelling,joint disorders and 20 mfunctional activities walking time were significantly improved;serum IL-1β,TNF-αand MMP-9 levels were reduced;no significant difference（P〉0.05）between the treatment groups;Conclusion：Short-term curative of external application of white ointment was obviously.The mechanism may be related to its lower the serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α etc.
