摘　　要：主针对云计算计费技术存在的问题,在调研目前主流云平台的计费现状的基础上,从计费数据采集、处理、展现3个层次设计计费系统架构。对系统架构进行了详细阐述,并提出了兼顾用户和云服务提供商利益的计费模型,最后总结了该系统架构的特点。Cloud computing billing issues have attracted much attention for the deployment of cloud computing services. Based on the state of current cloud platforms, a billing system was designed via three lays including data collection layer, process layer and presentation layer. Then the billing system was illustrated in a detailed way, and a price model which combined the interest of both service providers and users was proposed. Finally the features of the system were summarized.
