摘　　要：纽约大学是一所新近崛起的世界一流大学,其战略目标是成为全球化大学的领导者。《纽约大学2031年发展纲要》是该校历史上第一个战略规划,其突破性和创新之处在于它将传统的规划文本发展成为一系列战略决策准则,提高了战略规划的弹性和指导性,更有利于把握未来发展的不确定性。New York University is an emerging world-class university.Its strategic goal is to become the leader of the global network universities.＂The NYU Framework 2031＂is the first strategic planning in NYU’s history.The innovativeness of the framework lies in its development from a traditional planning text to a series of guiding principles,which help to promote the flexibility and effectiveness of the strategic planning and grasp the uncertainty of the future.
