摘  要:在节能减排的大环境下,印染废水实现回用已经是许多染企的当务之急。膜处理技术虽然可以实现高标准的回用水要求,但鉴于投资和日处理及维护要求高的特点,大量的企业没有采用。根据印染行业对盐分去除要求不高的特点,采用脱色絮凝剂,组合水质把关的其他设施,在盐分没有去除的情况下,一样可以实现污水回用。除去节约的自来水的费用和排污费,还能实现热能的回收,这样产生的综合吨回用价值大于吨处理费用,因此不仅能快速收回投资,而且能产生经济效益,这对推进节能减排具有很好的推广意义。In the environmental policies of environment protection and energy conservation,printing and dyeing wastewater reuse al- ready achieved many printing and dyeing companies priority. Although membrane technology can achieve a high standard of reuse water requirements,but in view of the investment and daily processing and maintenance of high demand characteristics,a lot of companies do not use. According printing and dyeing industry is characterized by less demanding removal all of salt,using decolorizing flocculant,associate other water quality check facilities, even in the case of the salt is not removed,it also can achieve the same wastewater reuse. Except saving tap water costs and sewage charges,also enables the recovery of thermal energy,comprehensive the value of tons reuse is greater than the ton disposal costs,so not only can quickly recover the investment,but also generate economic benefits,it has a good meaning for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction promotion.
