摘 要:比较了现浇整体式和预制拼装式地下检查井的施工和工作特点,指出预制拼装式地下检查井的优势,明确了预制拼装式地下检查井需要解决的关键技术问题,提供了可能的解决方向。针对现有预制地下检查井专利技术的不足,建议应用混凝土空心板技术。采用SAP2000分析了实际地下检查井的受力状况,根据现有混凝土理论按空心井壁进行配筋设计,将其与现浇混凝土实心井壁进行技术经济对比分析后可知:在预制拼装式地下检查井中采用混凝土空心板技术是可行的,具有节省材料、减轻重量、便于运输和吊装及减少拼装接缝的优势。The construction and service characteristics of integrated cast-in-situ reinforced concrete (RC) underground inspection well (CRC-IW) and prefabricated RC underground inspection well (PRC-IW) were contrasted, and the advantages of PRC-IW were presented. Then key technique problems and possible solutions for PRC-IW were discussed. Based on the deficiencies of the exist of PRC-IW patents, hollow slab technology was proposed to be applied in PRC-IW. Then, a real electric CRC-IW was taken as an example, the inner forces were analyzed with SAP2000 program, and its rebars were designed as RC hollow wall with RC theory. Comparing with the original design results of rebar as a general RC wall, it can be found that RC hollow slab technology is feasible in PRC-IW and helpful to save materials, lighten self-weight, speed up transportation and erection, and decrease joint seams.
