承气汤类方与“肺肠同治”应用探讨

摘　　要：本文对"肺与大肠相表里"的理论渊源、方剂演变以及应用进行了归纳总结。"肺与大肠相表里"源自《黄帝内经》,是中医的重要基础理论之一。肺与大肠在经络上相互络属,生理上相互联系,功能上相互协调,进而在疾病方面也相互影响。对于肺系或肠系疾病的治疗,历代医家遵循"肺与大肠相表里"之论,多采用肺肠同治之法。同时,受到《伤寒论》中诸承气汤的启发,后世医家在此基础上化裁出诸多承气汤类方。其中尤以吴鞠通《温病条辨》所载宣白承气汤为首,是肺肠脏腑合治的代表方。凡证属痰热蕴肺、腑气不通者,均可用本方或其加减方,使腑气得通,肺气得以宣降,达肺肠合治之目的。This paper summaries the theory origin, evolution and application of prescription of the exterior interior rela-tionship of lung and large intestine＇; Coming from Huangdi Neijing,the exterior interior relationship of lung and large intestine is one of the important basic theories of Chinese medicine. The lung and the large intestine are in main and collateral channels mutual meridian belongs with the physical interaction and functional coordination, which influence each other in the aspect of disease. For the treatment of the lung or bowel disease, doctors in past dynasties use lung and intestine tongzhi method,who follow the theory of The exterior interior relationship of lung and large intestine. At the same time, inspired by many Chengqi decoction, physicians manufactured many series of chengqi decoctions. Xuanbai Chengqi decoction （宣白承气汤） contained in Wenbing Tiaobian is the representative which reflects the method of lung and intestine tongzhi.h can be used where the pathogenesis is the phlegm heat in the lung and fu qi being obstructed. By summarizing the oretical origin,the evolution and application of prescriptions,this article enable readers to flexibly used this method and the series of ehengqi decoction in clinical.
