摘 要:目的:对草石蚕口服液制备工艺和处方进行筛选,确定其工艺条件及配方。方法:采用两种提取方法进行比较,采用紫外分光光度法确定多糖含量并通过感官评价方法确定矫味剂配方及用量。结果:草石蚕的最佳提取条件为:20%乙醇超声提取3次,提取温度60℃,加醇量4-6倍,提取时间130 min。制剂为淡黄色液体,口感良好。柠檬酸、阿斯巴甜两种矫味剂均以0.5%的量配伍口感最优,增稠剂选用0.1%的甲基纤维素。结论:用此方法制备的草石蚕口服液口感最佳,澄清透明,酸甜适宜。Objective:Filtrate the preparation technology and prescription of Caoshiean (Stachys sieboldii Miq's) oral liquid, solution and confirm its technological conditions and formula. Methods :Using two kinds of extraction methods; Comparing heating reflux method with ultrasonic extraction, determining polysaeeharide content of Caoshican (Stachys sieboldii Miq 's) by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,through the sensory evaluation to optimize the formula and amount of excipients. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:130 minutes of extraction time, 4-6 times of 20% ethanol for ultrasonic extracting under 60℃ condition in 3 times. The best constitution and measurement for excipients: 0.5% Citric acid, 0.5% aspartame, 0. 1% methylcellulose. Conclusion: Caoshican (Stachys sieboldii Miq's) oral liquid has good taste, clear transparent, sweet and sour appropriate.
