心得宁口服液质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立心得宁口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的人参、丹参进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定心得宁口服液中丹酚酸B的含量。结果薄层色谱法斑点清晰,分离度好;丹酚酸B进样量在0.121~1.934μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.30%,RSD为1.15%（n=6）。结论所建质量标准可用于心得宁口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Xindening Oral Solution. Methods Ginseng and Salvia miltiorrhiza in Xindening Oral Solution were identified by adopting TLC respectively; the content of salvianolic acid B in Xindening Oral Solution was determined by HPLC Results The TLC spots were clear and well separated; the linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0. 121- 1. 934 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99. 30%, RSD 1. 15%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The established standard can be used for the quality control of Xindening Oral Solution.
