摘 要:对A/A/O反应器和填料A/A/O反应器进行低温启动试验,得到适合低温条件的快速启动方法:用接种法进行污泥驯化,先间歇培养一周,再连续培养20 d,A/A/O反应器对COD和NH3-N的去除率均可达到60%以上,填料A/A/O反应器对COD和NH3-N的去除率均可达到70%以上,完成启动。填料A/A/O反应器对COD和NH3-N的去除效率比A/A/O反应器略高,且去除效果更稳定。对于低C/N值污水,经过两周的连续培养,好氧段内自养型硝化菌为优势菌种,对NH3-N的去除效果较好。The low temperature start-up tests of A/A/O reactor and filler A/A/O reactor were performed. A rapid start-up method suitable for low temperature conditions was obtained. The sludge was acclimated by inoculation method with the first batch culture for one week and continuous culture for 20 d. The removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were both above 60% in A/A/O reactor and above 70% in filler A/A/O reactor. The low temperature start-up tests were achieved successfully. The pollutant removal efficiency of filler A/A/O reactor was more stable than that of A/A/O reactor. For sewage with low C/N ratio, after two weeks of culture, autotrophic nitrifying bacteria in the aerobic zone were the dominant bacteria with effective removal of NH3 - N.
