摘 要:研究开发了一种配水配气管,它能够将普通快滤池的单水反冲洗方式改造为气水反冲洗方式。建立了该配水配气管配水过程的数学模型,进行了数学验证试验,分别采用单因素数模分析和Box-Behnken模型响应曲面法多因素数模分析,考察了配水配气管的配水孔径、长度及进水断面水头压力对配水均匀性及反冲洗强度的影响。结果表明,通过调整配水配气管的配水孔径、长度,能够满足不同尺寸要求的滤池的反冲洗均匀配水及无滤料膨胀的低强度反冲洗。A type of air and water distribution pipe which can convert water backwashing to air/water backwashing in a conventional rapid sand filter was developed. The mathematical model for water distribution process of the air and water distribution pipe was established, and the mathematical proof was performed. The single factor experiments and Box-Behnken response surface methodology were used to in- vestigate the effects of water distribution pore size, length and cross-section head pressure of air and water distribution pipe on water distribution evenness and backwashing intensity. The results indicated that the evenness and low backwashing intensity could be realized through adjusting water distribution pore size and length of air and water distribution pipe.
