摘　　要：分析了空心螺旋管绕制成形的工艺,通过理论计算结合试验论证的方式计算出成形心轴的主要参数;设计相应的弯管模和心轴,并利用车床加工出符合要求的产品,可为类似零件的加工提供参考。Analysis is made of hollow spiral tube around the technology, combined withtheoretical calculations and demonstration tests calculated the main parameters formingmandrel; design appropriate bend die and mandrel;use lathe to meet the requirements of theproduct, for similar machined parts reference.
