摘 要:川东北元坝地区须家河组地层以泥岩、细砂岩、粉砂岩为主,存有砾石层,岩性致密,硬度高,可钻性差。为有效解决常规钻具在该地层机械钻速慢的问题,在该地区直井中应用了高速涡轮配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻井技术,为研究水平井中高速涡轮钻井的适用性,提高机械钻速,元陆H-1水平井首次使用了高速导向涡轮钻井技术。通过分析与研究,高速导向涡轮钻井技术可以推广应用到与须家河组相似地层的水平井钻井中,能有效提高机械钻速。In Yuanba area, northeastern Sichuan Basin, the Xujiahe Formation mainly consists of mudstone, fine sandstone,and siltstone. Interbedded with some gravel layers, it is also characterized by tight lithology, high hardness, and poor drillability. A problem of low rate of penetration(ROP)may occur in drilling this formation through conventional drilling tool. So, a drilling technology using impregnated diamond bit with high-speed turbine is presented for this area. And the high-speed turbine steering drilling technology was adopted in Yuanlu H-1 well for the first time in order to research the applicability of high-speed turbodrilling for horizontal well and increase the ROP. Result shows that this technology can be applied to horizontal-well drilling of formations similar with Xujiahe Formation to increase the ROP.
