摘　　要：四川盆地乐山—龙女寺古隆起高石梯—磨溪构造龙王庙组气藏从发现到探明并建成10×108m3试采工程只用了一年多时间,创造了同规模气田勘探开发建设的新纪录。在回顾龙王庙组气藏安全优质高效勘探开发历程的基础上,总结了为尽快控制气藏规模、加快落实资源、实现储量向产量快速转化,通过发挥整体优势高效组织推进、勘探与开发一体化同步实施、依靠科技进步提速提产提效、推行"六化"快速建设10×108m3试采工程,实现龙王庙组气藏安全优质高效勘探开发的经验与启示。For Longwangmiao Formation gas reservoirs of Gaoshiti-Moxi structure in the Leshan-Longnvsi Paleouplift, Sichuan Basin, it takes over one year to construct a trial production of10×108m3from their discovery to verification, setting a new record among some gasfields with similar scale. In this study, we sum up lots of experiences from their safe, high quality and efficient exploration and development, including, to control reservoir scope as soon as possible, to speed up to implement resources, to realize a fast conversion from reserve to production, to play the overall advantage, to actualize the exploration and development integration, to accelerate the drilling speed, to increase the production and efficiency relying on scientific and technological innovation, and finally to rapidly construct the trial production of 10×108m3.
