摘 要:目的探讨提高医疗输送效率。方法将计算机技术引入医疗输送调度中心,实现计算机全自动调度取代人工调度,观察临床输送等候时间。结果两年内总输送量418 474次,其中病人输送量252 362次,标本输送量160 929次,病人输送平均等候时间8分钟,标本输送平均等候时间7分钟,输送总平均等候时间6.8分钟。结论医疗输送中心使用计算机全自动调度,输送效率取得突破性进展和改善,同时节约人力成本,提高临床满意度。Objective Seek to improve the efficiency of health care delivery. Method Use the computer technology into the medical transportation dispatch center, automatic scheduling by computer to replace the manual scheduling, amd observe clinical delivery waiting time. Result The total transport volume is 418,474 times within two years, among it patient throughput 252,362 times, sample throughput 160,929 times. The average waiting time for a patient transport is 8 - minute, and the average waiting time for specimen transport is 7 - minute, and the total delivery waiting time of average is 6.8 - minute. Conclusion After medieal transportation center using a eomputer automated dispatch, transport efficiency achieves breakthrough and improvement, and man power is saved, and the clinical satisfaction is improved as well.
