摘　　要：晋陕豫黄河金三角示范区2014年3月31日是国务院日前批准《晋陕豫黄河金三角区域合作规划》,以探索省际交界地区合作发展新路径,推动晋陕豫黄河金三角地区合作发展的新模式。本文探讨了它的意义、问题与解决的对策。The demonstration area of＂Shanxi-Shanxi-Henan Golden Delta＂,ratified in＂The Cooperation Planning for‘Shanxi-Shanxi-Henan Golden Delta＇＂by the State Council on March 31 st,2014,is considered to be a new path and a new mode for exploring inter-provincial regional cooperation and development in＂Shanxi-Shanxi-Henan Golden Delta＂. The paper focuses on the related significance,problems and counter-measures.
