前列安通胶囊对治疗慢性前列腺炎及其患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列安通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法将慢性前列腺炎患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予前列安通胶囊治疗。4周后比较两组的临床疗效与不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为88.3%明显高于对照组的55.0%,观察组的复发率(6.7%)少于对照组的复发率(21.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的局部免疫功能指标IgA、IgG优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞计数及NIH-CPSI临床症状评分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者卵磷脂小体(++++)者明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列安通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,增强机体免疫能力,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study on the effect of Qianlieantong capsules treatment of chronic prostatitis and its effect on immune function in patients.Methods 120 chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with routine antibiotic treatment.Observation group was treated Qianlieantong capsules and antibiotics.Results The total efficiency of the observation group（88.3%）was higher than that of the control group（55%）.The recurrence rate of the observation group（6.7%）was less than that in the control group（21.7%）（P〈0.05）.The indexes of local immune function of patients of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qianlieantong capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis has good curative effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and strengthen the immunity.
