摘　　要：综合客运枢纽是综合交通运输体系的重要组织结点,交通组织和衔接是其发展和服务的核心,文章以徐州汽车北站为例,对综合客运枢纽交通组织原则和技术关键点进行探讨,以体现综合客运枢纽的"无缝衔接"和"零换乘"发展理念。Comprehensive passenger transport hub is an important node in the comprehensive transportation system. The traffic organization and cohesion is the core development and services. Taking Xuzhou passenger station as an example, this paper discusses the key points of organization principle and technology for comprehensive passenger transport hub to realize ＂seamless connection＂ and ＂zero tranfer＂ development concept.
