应用高效液相色谱法测定都江堰一号中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的评价高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定都江堰一号中黄柏的活性成分盐酸小檗碱含量的效果。方法采用C18色谱柱，乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（40：60）（每100ml加十二烷基磺酸钠0．1g）洗脱系统，检测波长265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在50．62～253．10μm1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999；n=5），平均回收率为99．48％，RSD=0．68％（n=9）。结论HPLC法可用于控制都江堰一号制剂质量，方法简便、快速、可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy of HPLC in determination of contents of berberine hydrochloride, an effective component of the phellodendri chinensis cortex in Dujiangyanyihao. Methods A hypersil ODS CLscolumn and acetonitrile-0. 1% phos- phoric acid （40：60） （0. 1 g Sodium dodecyl sulfonate per 100 ml） elution system were used and detected at 265 nm. Results The ber- berine hydrochloride had a good linearity （r= 0. 9999 ;n = 5 ）at the range of 50.62 ～253.10 μg/ml. The average ratio of recovery was 99.48% ,and RSD = 0. 68% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
