藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合地塞米松软膏治疗中心静脉置管相关湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合地塞米松软膏治疗经外周中心静脉置管（peripherallyinsertedcentralcatheter，PICC）相关湿疹的临床疗效。方法70例PICC穿刺处出现湿疹的患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例，观察组采用藻酸盐敷料粉剂联合地塞米松软膏外敷患处，用无菌纱布覆盖创面并胶布固定；对照组仅采用地塞米松软膏外涂患处，观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗3—5后红斑消退明显，表皮渗液减少，1周内创面愈合情况明显优于对照组（（P〈0．05））；治疗10—15天两组创面愈合情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对于PICC相关湿疹，藻酸盐粉剂联合地塞米松软膏能够在较短时间内消退红斑，特别是出现水疱有渗液的创面，比单纯使用地塞米松软膏疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effects of alginate dressing powder combined with dexamethasone ointment in treatment of eczema related to peripherally inserted central catheter PICC. Methods Seventy patients with PICC puncture eczema were randomly divided into observation and control groups ,35 in each group. The observation was treated with alginate dressing powder com- bined with dexamethasone ointment on the affected area. Then, sterile gauze was used to cover the wound surface and fixed with adhesive tap. The control group was only treated with dexamethasone ointment. Clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups. Results After 3～ 5 days of the treatment,erythema subsiding,epidermis infiltration and wound size in the observation group were better than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, no significant difference was found in wound healing after 10 - 15 days of treatment between the two group. Conclusion Our results suggest that alginate powder combined with dexamethasone ointment can improve the clinical cura- tive effects of treatment of PICC related eczema_ esneciallv for the blisters wound exudates when comuared to dexamethasone alone.
