摘　　要：目的评价高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定天麻头风灵胶囊中天麻素含量的效果。方法采用高效液相色谱法对天麻头风灵胶囊3个样品（批号：130101、130410、130808）中天麻素的含量进行测定。结果天麻素进样量在0．2328～2．3280μg范围内，浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率为97．74％，RSD为1．9％。结论HPLC法简便、准确、可靠，可以有效地测定天麻头风灵胶囊中天麻素的含量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of HPLC method in determination of gastrodin content in Tianma Toufengling capsule. Methods The contents of gastrodin in three samples （Lot. 130101,130410 and 130808）of Tianma Toufengling capsule were measured by a HPLC method. Results There was a fine linear relationship between concentration and peak area （ r = 0. 9997 ） in the concentration range of 6. 016 - 96. 256 μg/ml. The recovery was 97. 74% and RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion The method was conven- ient, accurate and reliable. The content of gastrodin in Tianma Toufengling capsule could be determined effectively.
