摘 要:发展新能源电动汽车是解决能源和环境问题,实现汽车产业快速发展的有效途径,通过对电动汽车发展现状和关键技术的分析,明确了以纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车为主要发展目标,以电动机及其控制技术和动力电池及其管理技术为核心技术。结合河北省汽车产业发展现状,提出了多元化发展模式,建立基于关键技术的产业基地,实行高速电动汽车和低速电动汽车的差异化发展格局和优先有序发展低速电动汽车的产业发展规划,推进新能源汽车快速发展。The development of new energy electric vehicle is an effective way to solve energy and the environment problem and realize rapid and sustained development of auto industry.The electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle are the main development goals by analysis of the key technology and current situation of the auto development.The core technology is motor and its control technology and power battery and its management technology.Combining with the current situation of the development of automobile industry in our province,the diversified development model and setting up the key technology industrial base are put forward.In order to promote the rapid development of new energy vehicle,differentiation development pattern of high-speed and low-speed electric car should be implemented and also the industrial development plan of developing low-speed electric car orderly and preferentially should be set up.
