水稻转绿型新叶黄化不育系特征特性对比研究

摘　　要：以新选育的转绿型新叶黄化标记不育系热农1 A和对照品种丰源及博A为试验材料,在海南自然条件下对比研究热农1 A与对照不育系的主要农艺性状、开花习性和异交特性。结果表明,热农1 A全生育期新生叶片黄化,随后由黄转绿,对照品种叶片均表现绿色;热农1 A株高、生育期、主茎叶片数、分蘖能力、单株有效穗数和穗长都与对照不育系相差不大,每穗着粒数较对照多,具有较好的产量潜力。育性方面,热农1 A与对照不育系一样,败育彻底,以典败花粉为主,套袋自交不育株率100%。开花习性方面,热农1 A单穗逐日开花动态表现为盛花期内的开花率高,开花高峰早而集中,单穗日开花动态表明热农1 A具有单日开花高峰持续时间长的特点。从柱头外露、包颈粒率、不闭颖率和柱头活力4个指标来看,热农1 A总外露率和双边外露率高,包颈粒率和不闭颖率低,柱头活力下降较平缓,与对照相比,在异交特性上具有优势。In this study, under natural conditions in Hainan province, we had investigated the agronomicalcharacters ,flowering and outcrossing habits of a newly developed rice CMS line with yellow-revertible leafmarker,Renong 1 A, while the normal sterile lines, Fengyuan A and Bo A, were selected as controls. Theresults showed that Renong 1 A exhibited the development process of yellow green-revertible leaf phenotype（ from leaf tip to the base ） for main culms and tiller leaves, the control lines were presented normal greencolor. The plant height, growth duration, leaf number of main stem, tillering ability, effective panicle numberper plant and spike length of Renong 1 A had no significant difference compared with controls, but grains perpanicle more than controls, indicated it has good yield potential. For sterility traits, Renong 1 A and controllines showed complete sterility with typical abortion type and 100%baggedselfing sterile rate. For floweringhabits, daily flowering dynamics of single spike of Renong 1 A showed high flowering rate within full-bloomingstage, and had early and centralized peak flowering, single spike flowering dynamics showed that Renong 1 Ahad long peak flowering time. For the traits of rate of stigma extrusion, rate of wrapping panicle neck,non-closed glume rate and stigma vigor, Renong 1 A had higher rate of stigma extrusion,lower rate of wrappingpanicle neck and non-closed glume, stigma vigor decreased more gentle, which indicated advantages in theoutcrossing characters compared with controls.
